Biography

Aaron Deal, CEC has garnered over 20 years of experience in all aspects of food and beverage operations. A graduate from Johnson & Wales University, Aaron has held multiple fine dining management roles leading him to restaurant ownership and most recently the establishment of a hospitality consulting firm. As a consultant, Aaron and his team have worked with national chains, global brands, new and existing restauranteurs to help with operational systems, staff training, cost/profit management and competitive menu strategies. The most recent focus for Aaron has been working with the second largest restaurant brand in the world as a part of the culinary/product innovation team. Product commercialization, operations development, leadership training, consumer insight testing and market research for this 22,000+ unit company have been initiatives under his responsibility. Recognized throughout his career, notable accolades include a James Beard Rising Star Nomination (2009), 40 Business Leaders Under 40 (2020) , a NRN Menu Masters’ Best Menu Revamp Award (2022) and certification as an Executive Chef by the American Culinary Federation (2020).

The culinary field offers such a  wealth of information in so many forms.
