We will analyze the details of each element within the operation to ensure the company standards are meeting the guests’ expectations effectively and consistently. We offer programs designed specifically for service, bar or kitchen staff that includes training, implementation and follow up of customized procedures. If marketing ideas and conceptual identity are a focus, we provide extensive ideas for local and national public relation strategies.

Short-term sprints that can be completed in 15–45 days. Exploration sessions, feasibility studies, hiring consultations, market research, assessments and advisory not requiring fieldwork or extensive site visits. Deliverables presented electronically and services billed hourly.
Typically 6-12 weeks with a dedicated scope of work including requirements for travel, fieldwork and site visits, in-person presentations and comprehensive deliverables. Scope of work is determined through exploration sessions and billed as an individual all encompassing expense.
After the completion of a first phase project or engagement, we typically structure subsequent work for on-going advisory services and implementation support on a retainer basis in 6-24 month commitments. Dedicated resources and support functions are available to client at all times as business development and system implementation continues.
